Cancellation Policy
1. Scope
This Cancellation Policy explains your rights and obligations if you choose to cancel a service or order with OrcaWebs.
2. Order Cancellations – Before Project Start
You may cancel an order before project work commences (before design or development starts).
✔ To cancel, please notify us in writing via email or support form.
✔ A full refund will be issued using the original payment method within 7 business days.
3. Cancellation After Work Has Started
Once project work begins (designs created, development started, or service subscription activated):
• Logo design and branding: No cancellation refund after initial concepts are delivered
• Website design & development: Cancellation charges may apply based on work completed
• Marketing/SEO services: Remaining future services will be cancelled, but past work is non-refundable
• Printing & merchandise: Custom printed items cannot be cancelled once artwork is approved
4. Partial Cancellations
If you cancel part of a multi-component project (e.g., add-ons, extra services), refunds will be calculated pro-rata based on the scope not yet delivered.
5. How to Cancel
To cancel your order:
✔ Email us at contact@orcawebs.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
✔ Our support team will acknowledge your request within 48 hours.
6. Refunds After Cancellation
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days unless otherwise stated.
7. No-Show / Inactive Clients
If a client becomes unresponsive for 30+ days during delivery, OrcaWebs may close the project. Outstanding charges for work already completed may still apply.
8. Policy Changes
We may update this policy at any time. Revisions will be posted here with effective dates.
